Professional Information Assurance Managers, Systems Security Authorization Agreements (SSAA) Publishers, Systems Administrators, Emissions Security (EMSEC) Managers.  Personnel provide effective support in developing and maintaining an organization of DoD information system-level IA program, identifying IA architecture, requirements, objectives, and policies.  Supervises IA personnel, processes, and procedures and ensures information ownership responsibilities are established for each DoD information system, to include accountability, access approvals, and special handling requirements.  Ensures development and maintenance of IA certification documentation according to DITSCAP/DIACAP, DoD, and Local-level directives; reviews documentation, EMSEC and SSAA and recommends action to the Certifying Authority (CA) and Designated Approving Authority (DAA); maintains repository for all IA certification and accreditation records.  Maintains current training as  IAM and ensures all IAOs and privileged users receive necessary technical and IA training, education, and certification to carry out IA duties.
